Mentor Leadership Committee Fellows

The Mentor Leadership Committee, MLC, is a group of exemplary CCAK mentors who are selected to support the CCAK program and its mentors. Each year, five fellows are hired to advance the mentoring program’s goals and work as a cohort to support specific development areas. MLC Fellows work as a cohort to determine their roles and specific projects they will support. Project topics could include supporting new mentor training, planning end-of-year celebrations, creating connections among mentors or strengthening school partnerships. In addition to their mentoring responsibilities, fellows meet with program staff monthly to stay in communication and advance their goals.
