Your Wellbeing is Central

At Colby, we deeply value the wellness of our students, and we recognize that wellbeing is foundational to full engagement in all the opportunities that Colby has to offer. In addition to medical health services for students, we maintain a holistic student support system that spans across multiple dimensions of wellness.

8 Dimensions of Wellness

Colby’s Wellness Hub

Garrison-Foster is your hub for student wellness on campus. On the 2nd floor, you will find the Offices of Student Wellness and Counseling Services. All are welcome to come relax in our Student Wellness Space (room 208) and enjoy complimentary refreshments, comfy furniture, mindfulness tools, art activities, games, books, and more. Come unplug, take a nap, practice yoga, and decompress from busy campus life.
