Meet The Staff

Emily Schusterbauer serves as Colby’s Title IX Coordinator. In this role, Emily coordinates the reporting and response process for a wide range of kinds of sexual misconduct. Emily is committed to ensuring that Colby addresses sexual misconduct equitably and in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of all Colby community members. Before arriving at Colby in July 2013, Emily worked as an Instructor at Indiana University, focusing on the issue of gender-based violence.
