Campus Life is open Monday-Friday from 8am through 5pm. If you will be arriving to campus outside of those days and times to check in, you will need to check in with Security in Roberts Hall. Security will be provided your key and you will be able to check into housing with them after hours.
How To File A Work Order:
Need Something Repaired Urgently On Weekends of After Hours?
For urgent requests and need for immediate attention during the weekends and after hours, students can contact Security by calling 207-859-5530. From there, a member of Security will contact the Facilities On-Call Staff.
When arriving on campus, please make sure to prioritize checking-in with Campus Life in the HAARC and collecting your residential key. If you do not check-in upon your arrival on campus, Colby will continue to follow up with you in the days after check-in to confirm your arrival to campus. If you do not collect your key from Campus Life, you may be charged for a lock change at the end of the year if you do not have a key to return at check-out.
