Please Note: Colby does not provide catering at the Chace Community Forum. All food and beverage are provided by the hosting organization and caterers must also provide proof of insurance and a catering license.

Please Note: If User’s event includes service of alcohol, User’s alcohol service provider shall maintain all necessary licenses and permits for the lawful service of alcohol. All alcohol servers must be “TIPS” alcohol service certified.

I understand that by submitting this request, I agree to the above terms and conditions. Any changes to the information provided above must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled date of my event. If my reservation request is accepted, I understand that I will be asked to sign a general use contract and provide proof of general liability insurance that carries a minimum of $1,000,000 within 10 days of receiving confirmation of my request. I understand that if I do not submit both required materials within 10 business days of receiving confirmation of my request, any holds on the space for my event will be automatically removed and my hold on the space will be cancelled; I also understand that I will not receive notice of this cancellation.
